Recently I was watching a vlog by Jen at A Thousand Words and realised she had a very similar plaque to me over her fireplace. I told her and she said she's love to see mine. So I thought rather than just show her I'd show you all too.
I love our fireplace, it's one of the reasons I wanted this house when we were searching for a home to live in. I just love the simplicity of it. The actual fire is a gas one, although it would work great as a wood burning stove too (maybe sometime in the future we'll have one fitted).
And the plaque says "And They Lived Happily Ever After".
