Jelly Mousse - Slimming World


This has become our favourite Slimming World sweet treat. It's so quick and easy to make and you can make a few potions that sit in the fridge. Making it a quick dessert after dinner to just grab and eat.



I make 5 portions at a time, so it works out as 0.3 syn per portion.


Ingredients
1 Jelly sachet (sugar free) - 1.5 syns
1/2 pint Boiling water - free
1/2 pint Natural fat free yoghurt - free

Method
Make the Jelly up as per the instructions with the boiling water, mixing to dissolve all the jelly crystals.

Then add natural yoghurt and whisk until all the yoghurt is combined.

Pour into moulds. I use the Gu ramekins and it makes 5 portions.

Allow to cool before placing in the fridge. This will keep in the fridge for as long as the yoghurt is in date.
