I've certainly experienced more snow since living in Yorkshire, but in true British style it doesn't last long. So if you want to enjoy the snow you have to take the chance when it's there. One of the items on my 40 things to do before I'm 40 list was to play in the snow with my boy.
It had been forecast snow all weekend, so thought this would be my opportunity. But as normal the forecast kept changing! But Friday morning came and it was all white outside. I find it really hard to motivate myself to go out in the colder months. I just want to snuggle up at home in the warmth. But I knew if I didn't go out today there was a chance I'd miss my opportunity. And honestly I do enjoy it once I'm out, I just need to get my butt into gear to actually get out of the house.
