I just finished making a Pineapple Upside Down Cake. I've been wanting to make it for a while and today was the day. I struggle with my oven because it's fan assisted and I can never work out what temperature it should be on. I can often end up with a cake which is too brown on the outside and not cooked on the inside.
I googled "fan assisted oven temperature conversion" and came up with the below link. The cake seems to have come out well, although I haven't tasted it yet, but hopefully there won't be any complaints.
